EDUCATION TESTING COUNCIL – ETC HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISISON, PAKISTAN ELECTION COMMISSION GILGIT-BALTISTAN Important Announcement   1. The Screening Tests being conducted for Election Commission – GB by Education Testing Council (ETC), HEC are on schedule. The stay granted earlier against conducting of these tests on 29.02.2024 has since been vacated by the Honourable Court on 01.03.2024. 2.
